However, his commitment to quality and insistence on on-time delivery saw his projects gain popularity rapidly.
A hands-on professional, Kiran takes keen interest in every aspect of development to ensure that promises made are promises kept. Not surprisingly, he has gained the respect of the market as well as his peers. While remaining focused on real estate development, his entrepreneurial activity has expanded into retailing of jewelry and F&B operations. Looking ahead, he plans to further diversify the scope of his business endeavors.
Kusuma Kiran is not only Kiran’s life partner but an integral part of his business ventures as well. An engineer by qualification, she has the soul of an artist. From landscaping to interiors and more, she adds value to projects with her highly-developed sense of aesthetics. Her role also encompasses research on new trends that can be incorporated into projects to promote livability and sustainability. Her interactions with architects and design teams serves add new dimensions to development in terms of ambience that is appealing. Apart from being a key member of the ‘think tank’ for projects, Kusuma is also independently engaged in providing design and interior solutions to clients through her venture – Indzines.
